Your Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented individual to join our finance and accounting organization. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess the ability to solve problems and think creatively on their feet. The bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, conducting monthly close processes, and handling various accounting tasks.

Your Opportunity

• Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
• Manage general bookkeeping tasks, including recording AP bills, payments and bank reconciliations.
• Process bank payments and ensure timely submission of payment files.
• Prepare documentation for VAT reporting and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle corporate credit card programs, recording and processing them in the system.
• Oversee and coordinate the process of obtaining tax exemption approvals for foreign suppliers.
• Prepare monthly withholding tax reports for domestic suppliers.
• Maintain accurate fixed asset records.
• Support annual audits and tax audits.
• Monthly Reporting: Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial report and reconciliations, including, but not limited to:
• Cash and Mesh Card reconciliations
• Accounts payable (AP) and deferred expenses
• VAT reconciliation for all related accounts
• Managing books for multiple Israeli companies under the same parent American company.
  
  

• 4 years experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Netsuite experience is a plus.
• Experience in a publicly traded global company is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in English with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple and changing priorities.
