This role is pivotal in developing, integrating, and optimizing SaaS platforms, with a primary focus on Salesforce (SF), NetSuite, and cutting-edge automation tools. Responsibilities:

• Master SaaS products, particularly Salesforce and NetSuite, becoming an in-house expert
• Architect, configure, and refine SaaS solutions to drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency
• Leverage automation tools like Make and Marketo to create streamlined, intelligent workflows
• Execute complex system integrations using Swagger documentation and RESTful APIs
• Lead collaborative efforts with internal stakeholders and external integrators to capture requirements and design innovative solutions
• Implement robust version control practices using Git to ensure system stability and facilitate team collaboration
• Embed security best practices throughout the system development lifecycle
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and provide expert support for implemented systems
  
  

• Proven experience with Salesforce and NetSuite platforms
• Demonstrated proficiency in automation tools such as Make and Marketo
• Strong grasp of integration methodologies, including the ability to interpret and utilize Swagger documentation
• Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git
• Solid understanding of security principles and their application in SaaS environments
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Agile learner capable of quickly assimilating and applying new technical information

• Familiarity with a diverse range of SaaS tools and platforms beyond Salesforce and NetSuite
• Experience with API management tools and advanced integration techniques
• Skilled in creating clear, concise technical documentation and process workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
