Plant Manager - Southern Israel

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
• Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to align plant operations with company goals.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
