System Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are looking for a talented and experienced System Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support mission-critical environments focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with development, implementation, and business analysis teams, and collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and DevOps groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide infrastructure support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce environments
• Collaborate with development and application teams to ensure smooth operation and integration
• Set up and manage infrastructure components in Microsoft Azure
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Work with system components such as Active Directory, IIS, SQL Servers, and SSL certificates
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in PowerShell
• Participate in version upgrades and support activities, including during off-hours when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 infrastructure
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (e.g., Key Vault, Function App, Application Insights, API Management, authentication methods)
• Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline setup and management
• Familiarity with Microsoft system components: Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, SSL certificate handling
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed (e.g., version deployments)
