Senior Data Scientist

Job Description

Talented data scientist with a strong background in machine learning with experience in big data processing and analysis including Large Language Models (LLM) training, fine-tuning and Reinforcement Learning. The position is for a full-time job in Israel (center) under the media technology group.

You will take part in the research and development of new AI based products for extracting insights from conversations, meetings, chats and documents.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for NLP algorithms R&D including Generative AI (training, fine-tuning and adaptations of LLMs).
• Adaptation of LLMs to limited resource environments.
• Capable of vertical work from problem definition to product implementation.
• Ability to work under pressure in both individual and teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Education

• Ph.D / M.Sc. in Computer science
• Graduated with honors from a well-known university
• GPA > 90
• Psychometric Test > 700

Requirements

• 4-5 Years of experience in the industry working on NLP algorithms and in particular LLMs including Training, Reinforcement Learning and Fine-tuning.
• Strong background in machine and deep learning algorithms
• Strong background with software engineering, specifically Python programming and frameworks (Pytorch/Tensorflow)
• Linux native and container knowledge
• Git and CI\CD, preferably Jenkins & Gerrit
• Spark\Hadoop Map-Reduce - advantage
• Experience with AWS \ Azure clouds - advantage
