Business Representative

We are seeking a Business Representative to collaborate with local buyers and secure deals for dried fruit and nuts on behalf of our clients—leading manufacturers from Vietnam. This role is ideal for an experienced purchaser, buyer, or sales professional with a strong network in the food and agricultural industry. The representative will work on a commission-based model, ensuring successful transactions between suppliers and buyers.

• Identify and connect with local buyers, including supermarkets, distributors, and wholesalers, to promote our clients' dried fruit and nut products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, retailers, and key stakeholders in the food and agricultural sector.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and purchase agreements to secure profitable deals.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and buyer demands to provide valuable insights.
• Assist in coordinating logistics, shipping, and payment processes to ensure smooth transactions.
• Work closely with our international team to align on sales strategies and expansion plans.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and customer feedback.

• Experience as a purchaser, buyer, or sales representative in the food industry, FMCG, or agricultural sector.
• Strong network of buyers, retailers, and distributors in the local market.
• Knowledge of international trading, import/export processes, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with our team.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and market research tools.
• Commission-based collaboration model – earnings are based on successful deals closed
