We’ve built a strong direct-to-consumer online presence, and as we continue to grow, we’re expanding our marketing team. We’re looking for a Digital & Social Marketing Manager to help us strengthen our brand, engage our audience, and drive further growth.
The Role:This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You’ll be responsible for driving customer engagement, building high-converting landing pages, crafting compelling email campaigns, and managing Klydo’s entire social media presence.
You'll work side-by-side with our performance marketing team, ensuring that organic and paid strategies align for maximum impact. As part of a growing marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the voice of a brand that blends art, design, and cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the performance marketing team to align organic content with paid advertising strategies.
- Create and optimize landing pages that drive traffic and conversions.
- Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Manage and grow Klydo’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
- Own the content strategy for social media—creating, posting, engaging, and tracking performance.
- Collaborate with designers, animators and the marketing team to craft compelling brand storytelling.
- Develop and manage influencer partnerships while leveraging user-generated content (UGC) for brand/performance/social marketing.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for growth.
- Stay ahead of digital trends to keep Klydo’s marketing fresh, relevant, and impactful.
- 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on direct-to-consumer online marketing.
- Self-managed and independent—you take initiative and own your projects from start to finish.
- A strong content creator who can craft engaging social media posts, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Experienced in influencer marketing, with a track record of managing collaborations.
- Passionate about user-generated content (UGC) and know how to source and integrate it effectively.
- Comfortable with analytics, always looking at the data to refine and improve marketing efforts.
- High-level English proficiency—strong writing and communication skills are essential.
- Thrives in a startup environment, ready to wear multiple hats and make a real impact.
