Line Supervisor

Eitan Medical, a fast-growing international medical device company renowned for developing and manufacturing innovative medical equipment, is seeking a dedicated Line Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Line Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production floor, which is meticulously monitored for temperature and humidity, with all production activities conducted using lab coats for ESD protection.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the weekly work plan on the production floor, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Measure daily assembly progress against targets to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Enforce discipline and maintain a high level of quality throughout the production floor, ensuring compliance with work instructions and safety protocols.
• Provide early warning signs of potential failures or deviations from established processes, enabling proactive resolution.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with external departments to facilitate the execution of the weekly production plan.
• Notify the Production Manager promptly of any issues or challenges requiring resolution to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
• Manage Production operators and ensure they work according to accurate WI; proactively update WI to align on the standard process.
• Understand technical requirements to replace every operator as required.
  
  

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Job Skills: Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a keen awareness of quality standards.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to motivate and lead a team effectively, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Hebrew and/or English.
