What’s Guardio?



Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family, and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime.

We try and avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more.

Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 80 people), on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for core team members to join our Growth team. We already have well over a million registered customers and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline..

So what’s the job?

We are looking for a Creative AI Specialist to join our creative team. So if you can dream it, and can AI-generate it, come help us turn cybersecurity into scroll-stopping storytelling at Guardio!

You will:

• Scale Asset Creation with Advanced AI Tools: Generate high volumes of video assets using cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, leveraging existing footage and newly generated content. When we say AI, you ask: 'How high? :)
• Research, test, and implement emerging AI tools and streamlined workflows to deliver high-performing creative assets at scale consistently.
• Independently ideate, script, film, generate, and edit content as a "one-man-show," rapidly testing hooks and concepts at scale, leveraging AI at every stage.
• Be part of the Video Feedback Process. Participate in the feedback loop for video editors, significantly reducing current bottlenecks in creative operations.
  
  

• Proven experience leveraging AI tools (such as Heygen, Arcade, Creatify, Runway ML, Midjourney, Arcads, ElevenLabs, Pika Labs, and many more) to accelerate creative workflows and create performance video ads. You’re not just keeping up with AI, you’re making it work overtime.
• 5+ years of experience creating high-performing, direct-response video ads with proven results.
• Strong experience providing structured, clear feedback to video editors.
• Hands-on, execution-driven mindset, capable of independently running creative tests at scale.
• Background in performance marketing, social media advertising, or B2C digital ads.
