About The Role

As a Data Curation Manager to lead and oversee the data curation and labeling process within our research group. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality data collection and annotation, supporting the development of AI-driven solutions. The Data Curation Manager will be responsible for managing a team of data labelers (both full-time and part-time), prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with multiple teams and team leads to push data collection and labeling forward efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage both in-house and outsourced data annotation teams, establishing clear standards, workflows, and quality guidelines to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Operations teams to design, implement, and scale data curation workflows that enhance data quality, streamline annotation processes, and meet evolving project requirements.
• Lead the development of pilot data curation projects, refining workflows and scaling successful processes to full production while continuously improving efficiency.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in data curation, operations, or leading large-scale data annotation teams.
• Proven ability to oversee both in-house and outsourced labeling teams, ensuring high-quality, efficient data annotation.
• Experience in designing, iterating, and scaling annotation workflows from pilot projects to full production.
• Hands-on expertise with data labeling tools, workflow optimization, and quality control processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to improving efficiency, accuracy, and overall data quality.
