Fundraiser

A premier healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional medical services to our community. We are seeking a passionate and experienced fundraising professional to join our team and help support our mission of providing outstanding patient care and innovation in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to support the medical facility’s financial goals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
• Identify and engage potential donors through events, networking, and personalized outreach.
• Travel internationally 4-5 times per year to attend meetings, donor events, and conferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and communication plans for fundraising efforts.
• Monitor and report on fundraising progress, providing updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of proven experience in fundraising, development, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of fundraising principles, donor engagement strategies, and event coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 4-5 times per year.
