We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead and expand our Recruitment Services operations at Drushim IL. This is a strategic role that involves team leadership, optimizing Recruitment Services processes, and achieving key business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Expand B2B Recruitment Services – Build partnerships, grow the candidate pool, and enhance recruitment success rates.
• Manage the Recruitment Services Team – Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Optimize Recruitment Services Processes – Continuously improve candidate screening, recruitment, and placement workflows.
• Manage Business & Profitability Goals – Oversee budgets, streamline processes, and improve conversion rates.
• Innovate & Scale Recruitment Services – Implement digital solutions, technological tools, and advanced methodologies.
• Client Engagement & Sales – Collaborate with clients to provide tailored Recruitment Services solutions and drive deal closures.
• Data Analysis & Performance Improvement – Analyze recruitment data and refine performance metrics.

Your skills & experience

• 3+ years of experience in Recruitment Services and placement, preferably with mass recruitment.
• Proven experience in managing recruitment teams and improving performance.
• Strong client management skills, with experience in negotiating and closing deals.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems (ATS, CRM) and data management tools.
• Innovative mindset and ability to improve processes.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize performance.
• Leadership qualities to motivate teams and drive success.
