We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Product to architect and drive the product vision for our cutting-edge security solutions. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to market success—and champion the voice of our customers to ensure that our product lines consistently meet their evolving needs. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy, building a high-performing product organization, and collaborating cross-functionally to maintain a robust market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy aligned with Mesh Security’s overall vision and goals.
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.

Customer-Centric Innovation

• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive evaluations to identify new opportunities and refine existing product offerings.
• Advocate for the end user throughout the product development cycle, ensuring features address real-world problems and deliver tangible value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to translate product concepts into clear technical requirements and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide clear communication and alignment on product vision, priorities, and release timelines across the organization.

Lifecycle Management

• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept and design to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Implement best practices for product development processes, including agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

Market & Competitive Insights

• Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving security landscape, proactively identifying market shifts and emerging technologies.
• Regularly analyze competitors’ offerings to position Mesh Security’s products effectively and capitalize on market gaps.

Financial & Operational Oversight

• Develop product budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the organization’s financial goals.
• Build business cases for new product opportunities, managing risk while optimizing for return on investment.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director, VP, or equivalent).
• Domain Expertise: Solid background in B2B enterprise software, security, or related technology fields; familiarity with cloud platforms, AI/ML, or data-intensive solutions is a plus.
• Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable product plans with measurable outcomes.
• Technical Acumen: Comfortable partnering with engineering teams on architecture, integrations, and scalability challenges.
• Leadership & Coaching: Experience building and nurturing product teams, fostering a strong performance culture with clear accountability.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in data-driven methodologies, leveraging analytics and metrics to guide product decisions.
• Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
