What you should have:4-6 years of experience managing websites/products for B2B SaaS companies or in a similar environment.
Proven track record in driving measurable business outcomes through website optimization.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding not required but a plus).
Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar platforms.
A creative mindset with a focus on user experience and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools to enhance organic traffic.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Website Product Manager to lead and optimize the performance of HiBob’s corporate website. This role will create a seamless and engaging user experience, drive business outcomes through the website, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure the site aligns with our brand and strategic goals.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end management of HiBob’s website, from planning and execution to continuous improvement. This includes leveraging data-driven insights to enhance usability, conversions, and overall user satisfaction while ensuring best practices in web performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Lead website strategy and planning: Define and manage the roadmap for HiBob’s corporate website, aligning with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
Oversee and monitor web development projects: In partnership with the development team, oversee the implementation of new features, updates, and redesigns.
Enhance user experience and conversions:
Work closely with UX designers and developers to create an intuitive and engaging experience for visitors across all devices.
Manage and optimize key website templates, including landing pages for paid campaigns and organic traffic.
Measure the impact of experiences according to key performance indicators using A/B testing and analytics.
Oversee user journey:
Ensure seamless navigation and optimal user pathways to achieve desired outcomes.
Funnel flow orchestration
Collaborate cross-functionally:
Partner with PMM, Performance, RMM, Design, Content, Product, Sales, and Dev teams to ensure the website effectively and consistently reflects HiBob’s brand, messaging, and product offerings.
Own and monitor website performance:
Set and manage the infrastructure with Mops and Analytics
Use heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools (quantitative and qualitative) to identify and address usability issues.
