This role involves researching trends, selecting impactful topics, and securing top-tier speakers to create a compelling program. The ideal candidate has a strong background in content curation, event production, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Research industry trends to identify timely and relevant conference topics.
• Develop high-quality conference agendas with engaging session formats.
• Identify, invite, and secure industry-leading speakers and panelists.
• Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to align content with audience needs.
• Manage speaker logistics, communications, and pre-event briefings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in conference production in AI events, content curation, or event management.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and thought leadership.
• Proven track record of securing high-profile speakers and designing impactful agendas.
