About the Role
We are looking for a VIP & Hospitality Manager to oversee the experience of our high-profile guests, ensuring seamless travel, accommodations, and exclusive hospitality services. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent relationship management skills who can curate premium experiences for VIPs at our events.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of VIP guest experiences, including travel, accommodation, and concierge services.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and transport providers to secure luxury arrangements.
- Develop and execute exclusive hospitality programs for VIPs and special guests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIPs, ensuring personalized service and a high level of satisfaction.
- Work closely with event teams to provide seamless VIP access, seating, and security arrangements.
- Handle last-minute requests and troubleshoot any travel or hospitality issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in VIP management, hospitality, or event operations.
- Strong network with luxury hotels, travel agencies, and concierge services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple VIP clients simultaneously.
- Experience in the AI industry or events is a plus.
