Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead sponsorships and partnerships for our blockchain events. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong network in the blockchain industry and a proven ability to secure high-value sponsorships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of event operations, business development, and relationship management to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to secure sponsorships and partnerships for blockchain events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and industry leaders.
• Identify new revenue opportunities through sponsorship deals, collaborations, and innovative business models.
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for all stakeholders.
• Oversee event operations, ensuring seamless execution of sponsorship activations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize sponsor engagement and ROI.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations, sales, or business development.
• 3+ years of experience in AI(Artificial Intelligence) events.
• Strong network within the AI industry.
• Proven track record of operation management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
