Speaker & Agenda Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Speaker & Agenda Manager to curate and manage the speaker lineup and event agenda for our AI conferences. This role requires a strong network within the AI industry and the ability to identify, engage, and coordinate with high-profile speakers. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of industry trends and the ability to craft compelling event programs that drive engagement and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the event agenda, ensuring a well-structured and engaging program.
• Identify, invite, and secure high-profile speakers, panelists, and moderators from the AI industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with speakers, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate speaker logistics, including schedules, presentations, and travel arrangements.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to promote speaker sessions.
• Ensure smooth on-site speaker management and event flow during the conference.
• Stay updated on blockchain trends to create relevant and insightful panel discussions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in speaker management, event programming, or content curation.
• 5+ years of experience in AI events.
• Strong industry connections and ability to attract top-tier speakers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing complex event schedules and speaker coordination.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
