Agency Partnership Development Manager (Israel)

Yango Ads offers tech-driven advertising solutions for international and local business growth. Currently, we’re looking for Agency Partnership Development Manager to join our team in Israel and contribute to the development of a solution that helps e-commerce increase conversions and get better results using ML algorithms.

We're seeking an Agency Partnership Development Manager to grow the client base with partners (digital agencies), driving digital ad sales while representing Yango interests in Israel.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing the digital agency partner network

• Building C-level to account-level relationships to grow the current client base with partners in line with sustainable development pledges

• Exceeding company sales targets by growing partner revenue

• Coordinating local marketing activities

• Handling projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, maintaining a helicopter view of business operations

You might be a fit if you have:

• 3+ years of digital marketing, digital media buying, e-commerce, or other relevant experience

• A strong analytical, sales, and business development background

• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

• The ability to work remotely and independently to grow the agency channel partner network nationally

• Skills in building relationships with a consultative sales approach

• A proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue targets via sales channel management

• Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew
