Exhibition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Manager to oversee exhibitor management and booth setups for blockchain events. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in exhibition management, including 4+ years in AI events. This role requires expertise in exhibitor coordination, booth logistics, and ensuring a seamless exhibition experience for sponsors and attendees.

Responsibilities

• Manage exhibitor relations, ensuring smooth onboarding and coordination.
• Oversee booth setup, layout planning, and on-site logistics for blockchain exhibitions.
• Work closely with vendors, designers, and contractors to ensure high-quality booth installations.
• Ensure compliance with venue regulations, safety standards, and exhibitor guidelines.
• Troubleshoot booth-related issues and provide on-site support during events.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance exhibitor engagement and experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in exhibition management, with at least 4 years in AI events.
• Strong understanding of blockchain industry exhibitions and key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage exhibitor coordination, booth logistics, and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
