About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Venue Manager to oversee venue setup and coordination for AI-focused events. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in venue management, including 2+ years in AI events. This role requires expertise in event logistics, vendor coordination, and ensuring seamless venue operations for a successful event experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage venue selection, setup, and logistics for AI events.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee on-site arrangements, including seating, staging, AV, and security.
• Ensure compliance with venue regulations, permits, and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot venue-related issues before and during events.
• Work closely with event planners to optimize the attendee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in venue management, with at least 2 years in AI events.
• Strong understanding of event logistics, vendor coordination, and venue operations.
• Proven ability to manage on-site setups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced event environments.
