We are looking for a detail-oriented Venue Manager to oversee venue setup and coordination for blockchain events. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in venue management, including 2+ years in blockchain events. This role requires strong logistical expertise, vendor management skills, and the ability to ensure seamless venue operations.

Responsibilities

Manage venue selection, setup, and overall logistics for blockchain events.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event teams to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee on-site arrangements, including seating, staging, AV, and security.
Ensure compliance with venue regulations, permits, and safety standards.
Troubleshoot venue-related issues before and during events.
Collaborate with event planners to optimize the attendee experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in venue management, with at least 2 years in blockchain events.
Strong understanding of event logistics, vendor coordination, and venue operations.
Proven ability to manage on-site setups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced event environments.
