We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development to join our Firewall Core Group. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex, cross-functional projects that span both hardware and software domains, with a focus on delivering new products and releases for Check Point Security Gateways.

This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to final delivery, while coordinating various teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of a Project Managers team that leads strategic cross-organization projects, responsible for both hardware and software domains.
• Manage new products and releases for Check Point Security Gateways domain: planning, execution and finalizing projects throughout all development life cycle.
• Lead multi-disciplinary hardware/software projects – overall responsibility for SW development plan, technology. opportunities, infrastructure changes, quality improvements.
• Coordinate multiple interfaces including R&D, QA, PMO, Product Management, Field support.
• Facilitate and enforce development process & tools.
  
  

• 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Experience in Software Security/Networking Systems/Hardware Engineering.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills, negotiate and continually manage expectations under time-constrained circumstances.
• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
• Self-starter with an engaging leadership style and out-of-the-box thinking approach.
• Team player with lots of energy and a positive attitude.
