The position allows gaining extensive knowledge about security related technologies ,based on Machine Learning algorithms that would help to secure organization networks, including IoT devices.

We are looking for a strong, motivated, and highly technical developer who can be part of our research team.

Your contributions will directly impact protections against major cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of the Data & Research team which is responsible for Check Point’s Autonomous firewall and IoT security solution.
• Collaborate with a development group responsible for delivering cutting-edge security solutions to Check Point’s global customers.
• Engage with data across the entire pipeline, from Data Engineering and Analytics to ML/AI models.
• Writing protections to various attacks, investigating IoT devices, and understanding their network footprints and integration with other systems.
• Productization & development of technologies from the POC stage into an enterprise-scale security solution.
• Work closely with development teams, QA, product management, and customers to refine and enhance security innovations.
  
  

• 2-3 years of experience in Python BE developing
• Familiar with Big Data Technology (Spark , Azure DataBricks, Hadoop, NoSQL, Elastic Search)
• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering from a university (with high grades) or equivalent military service
• Fast learning and ability to dive into new technologies and pieces of code.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to improve.
• Independent thinker with a desire to learn.
  
  

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Experience with Kusto and DataBricks
• Experience with Cloud services.
• Proven experience in Cyber Security.
• Experience in common Networking protocols.
