We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Red Team Operations Team Lead to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will lead our red team in identifying and mitigating potential security threats and risks, playing a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s digital assets and reputation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

• Lead & Inspire: Lead a team of red engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to tackle advanced cybersecurity challenges.
• Advanced Penetration Testing: Design and execute sophisticated penetration tests and simulated attacks on our organization’s networks, systems, and infrastructure to uncover vulnerabilities.
• Hacking Campaigns: Lead the team in conducting comprehensive hacking campaigns, utilizing a wide array of tools and techniques, including onsite penetration testing and custom exploit development.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in a red team or similar role, with proven leadership experience in a cybersecurity environment for more than 2 years.
• Expertise in Hacking Techniques: Deep knowledge of hacking techniques, tools, and methodologies, particularly within enterprise environments (Windows/Linux and Mac endpoints).
• Security Research, Reverse & Exploits Development: Hands-on experience with custom exploit development.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of network protocols, network security, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Hebrew is a must. German language skills are an advantage.
