Application Specialist, Cognitive Psychology / Behavioral Therapy (ADHD SaaS Company)

Thousands of our business clients - psychiatrists, clinicians, psychologists, social workers, and education professionals use our cloud-based test, MOXO, to treat and improve the lives of their clients worldwide. 

We’re a tiny team of just 12 people, running a SAAS company out of Hofit, but we make an impact! In 2024 alone, over 200,000 MOXO assessments were done worldwide, and in the past decade, we’ve hit more than a million. 

We are actively searching for a skilled Application Specialist with expertise in cognitive therapy & behavioral health practices to train and support clients in utilizing our ADHD cognitive and attention assessment tool.

Our customers worldwide use our MOXO attention profiling and ADHD assessment in a wide range of applications: ADHD therapy, emotional well-being, academic performance, social interactions, insomnia, obesity, brain injuries, behavioral care, cognitive deterioration, and many more. 

You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing, customer success, and product departments to innovate and improve the value we offer to existing/prospective clients.

What You Will Do:

• Provide ongoing technical and clinical support to ensure successful product adoption and usage.
• Collaborate with clients to integrate assessments into treatment procedures and plans for a myriad range of applications.
• Train clients (e.g., psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, clinicians, social workers, and education professionals) on using our ADHD cognitive assessment tools effectively in their practice.
• Offer technical support to optimize the use of our SaaS platform, reducing administrative burdens and improving workflow efficiency.
• Educate clinics on leveraging digital tools for better data tracking and patient progress monitoring.
• Collect feedback from users to recommend product enhancements.
• Stay updated on ADHD treatment trends to align product features with clinical needs.

About You:

• High-energy; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up environment
• Knowledge of ADHD treatment frameworks (e.g., DSM-5 criteria).
• Knowledge of multitude of cognitive therapy models
• Minimum of three years of practical experience in cognitive therapy, ADHD and/or neuropsychological assessments, cognitive training programs, or similar therapeutic practices.
• Ability to interpret cognitive and attention assessments and integrate them into treatment plans
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for driving growth through value add
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital assessment tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (product, support, development).
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is a must, while proficiency in other languages is an advantage. 
• Residency in Israel 

Just a heads up: Our office is located in Hofit, Israel. We work in a hybrid model - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
