The Position

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with both the CEO and COO, playing a key role in shaping the company’s operations and strategy. In this position you will:

-         Lead internal strategic projects that enhance business operations.

-         Review, draft, and manage agreements to ensure compliance and business alignment.

-         Optimize internal processes for efficiency and scalability.

-         Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to drive business success.

Minimum Qualifications:

-         Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-         Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.

-         Proven ability to lead complex and strategic projects.

-         High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

-         Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to assess risk and provide practical solutions.

-         Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

-         Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

-         Experience in AdTech companies – Advantage.
