Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Jerusalem with opportunities for some work from home. For all NTM companies acting in 4 jurisdictions, the CFO will:

• Oversee financial planning and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements
• Work hand-in-hand with local CPAs
• Deal with local Corporate Service Providers (CSPs)
• Coordinate with banks (sending and receiving the money),
• Make payments and issue invoices 
• Coordinate the tax restructuring work together with consultants
• Provide strategic financial guidance
• Participate in portfolio reporting
• Other relevant CFO and financial functions

Qualifications

• Experience in working with Corporate Sevice Providers is a MUST
• Skills in Financial Planning and Finance
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Experience working with distressed assets or special situations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
