About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of blockchain-focused events. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in event management, including at least 5 years in organizing blockchain events. This role requires strong logistical expertise, vendor coordination skills, and the ability to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all logistical aspects of blockchain events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Oversee budgeting, timelines, and event operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to ensure a well-organized and engaging event.
• Work closely with marketing and PR teams to maximize event visibility and attendance.
• Manage event registration, ticketing, and attendee experience.
• Supervise on-site setup, troubleshooting, and post-event breakdown.
• Evaluate event performance and implement improvements for future events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in event management, with at least 5 years in blockchain events.
• Strong understanding of blockchain industry trends and key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
• Experience with event technology, registration platforms, and digital integrations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
