About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized Event Manager to plan and oversee the logistics of AI-focused events. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in event management, including at least 5 years in organizing AI events. This role requires expertise in event logistics, vendor coordination, and operational execution to ensure seamless and impactful event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all logistical aspects of AI conferences, summits, and networking events.
• Oversee event budgeting, timelines, and operational workflows to ensure flawless execution.
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, speakers, and sponsors to optimize event planning.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance event promotions and audience engagement.
• Manage event registration, ticketing, and attendee experience.
• Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and post-event breakdown.
• Analyze event performance and implement improvements for future events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in event management, with at least 5 years in AI events.
• Strong understanding of the AI industry and its key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
• Experience with event technology, registration platforms, and digital event solutions.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
