Event Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Event Director to lead the overall strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale blockchain events. With 15+ years of experience in event management and at least 5 years in blockchain events, the ideal candidate will drive end-to-end event operations, ensuring seamless execution, audience engagement, and brand impact. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the blockchain industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall event strategy, aligning with business goals and industry trends.
• Lead the end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of global blockchain conferences, summits, and networking events.
• Oversee venue selection, vendor negotiations, sponsorship acquisition, and speaker coordination.
• Drive audience engagement through innovative event formats, marketing strategies, and digital integrations.
• Manage on-site and virtual event execution, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality experiences.
• Build and lead a high-performing event team, fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze event performance, attendee feedback, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
