About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Event Director to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-profile AI-focused events. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in event management, with at least 5 years specializing in AI events. This role requires a visionary leader who can deliver exceptional in-person and virtual experiences, drive audience engagement, and position events as industry-leading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
• Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of global AI conferences, summits, and networking events.
• Oversee venue selection, vendor negotiations, sponsorship acquisition, and speaker engagement.
• Enhance audience engagement through innovative event formats, digital integrations, and marketing strategies.
• Manage on-site and virtual event execution, ensuring seamless operations and impactful experiences.
• Build and lead a high-performing event team, fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze event performance, attendee feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
