Configuration and System Specialist

What you’ll be spending your time on: 

• Lead troubleshooting efforts, from investigation to resolution, for company-wide configuration requests and issues.
• Develop automations and optimize operational workflows using Node.js, SQL, and GCP.
• Own and drive projects end-to-end while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Understand internal business needs to deliver effective solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  
  

• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle technical challenges.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Work independently, quickly adapt to new information, and maintain a solution-oriented approach.
  
  

• Strong proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and Data Lakes (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
  
  

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with React (advantage).
• UiPath experience (advantage).
