Key Responsibilities

Optical Assembly and Testing

• Assemble, align, and calibrate optical components such as lenses, filters, and fiber arrays.
• Inspect optical elements for alignment, cleanliness, and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct tests to verify system performance and ensure compliance with design standards.
  
  

• Assist engineers in integrating optical components into larger systems.
• Support prototype testing and calibration to optimize performance.
• Help refine designs to improve functionality and efficiency.
  
  

• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment used for assembly and testing.
• Organize and track optical components and tools, ensuring inventory availability.
  
  

• Knowledge of optical components and systems (e.g., lenses, fiber, coatings).
• 3+ years of experience working with precision alignment tools and optical calibration.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Basic knowledge of electronics, including circuits and soldering, to support system integration.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving system-level performance issues.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
