Skyhawk Security is on a mission to detect and prevent security incidents before they escalate into full-blown breaches. Our cutting-edge platform secures cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure, and more) by investigating, identifying, and alerting for real-time incidents at scale. Our tech stack includes Flink, Spark, Airflow, GO, Java, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and more to build world-class solutions.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our talented team of engineers, data scientists, and cyber researchers. You’ll help build, design, and optimize the large-scale architecture of our cloud-based security services.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end software design, implementation, and delivery of product-oriented solutions.
• Develop new methods and algorithms for detecting cyber-criminal activity.
• Work with big data platforms, processing tens of terabytes daily on cutting-edge technologies like AWS Athena, Redshift, Neo4j, and Elasticsearch.
• Code in Java, GO, TypeScript, and Python within a microservices and domain-driven architecture.
  
  

• 5-7 years of hands-on backend development experience, preferably in Java or GO.
• Experience with cloud technologies, big data, and CI/CD platforms.
• Strong team player who is eager to learn and take on challenges.
• Passion for cybersecurity and building scalable systems.
  
  

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or front-end development.
• Familiarity with data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and modern backend frameworks.
