What we’re looking for:

✔ Backend-first expertise (Node.js, Express, MongoDB) – 6+ years experience

✔ Frontend skills (React.js, HTML, CSS) – 2+ years experience

✔ Proven architecture design skills for parallel processing & large-scale applications

✔ Experience with AWS services (ECS, EC2) – Batch/EKS is a plus

✔ Startup/agile experience – major advantage

✔ Leadership experience – big plus
