Abra is Hiring a Project Manager in Information Systems

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing cross-organizational projects from planning to completion.
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Defining work processes and system implementation requirements.
• Collaborating closely with various teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Preparing reports and presentations for management on project progress.
• Identifying risks and managing challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing client relationships and providing support from project initiation to completion.
  
  

• Full-time position based in Ra’anana.
• Occasional travel to clients as needed.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, or a related field (a significant advantage).
• At least 3 years of experience in project management and process analysis.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams.
• Familiarity with Monday.com (a significant advantage).
  
  

• Problem-solving ability and creative thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
