We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in optimizing marketing strategies, analyzing data, and driving business growth.

Role Overview

As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaign performance, optimizing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance revenue generation. You will work closely with media buyers, account managers, and BI teams to refine strategies, improve efficiencies, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Performance Optimization

• Analyze large datasets from multiple marketing channels to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and refine marketing attribution models to track user journeys and conversions.
• Optimize PPC campaigns to improve CTR, CVR, ROAS, and EPC.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements.

Data Insights & Business Intelligence

• Build and maintain marketing dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and revenue.
• Collaborate with the BI team to develop predictive models and forecasting tools.

Affiliate & Partner Analysis

• Assess the performance of affiliate programs and revenue-sharing models.
• Analyze traffic sources to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support account managers with data-driven recommendations.

Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives

• Identify new high-value markets and scaling opportunities.
• Optimize media spend allocation across different campaigns and geos.

What We're Looking For

📌 Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data visualization).
• Experience with BI tools (Looker).

📌 Industry Knowledge

• Deep understanding of CPL, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models in affiliate marketing.
• Knowledge of lead generation, conversion funnels, and user behavior trends.

📌 Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple Verticals

📌 Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with iGaming, financial services, Nutra or high-competition industries.
• Experience with automation tools or Scripts to enhance efficiency.
