Job Description:

• Managing a team of analysts in the field of incentives and compensation
• Responsible for developing and implementing employee incentive models and commission structures for marketers
• Monitoring and controlling the calculation of incentives and managing control reports
• Analyzing data and performance trends to support business decision-making
• Handling inquiries from internal stakeholders and ensuring follow-ups on execution

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in reporting, analysis, and controls – mandatory
• High proficiency in Excel – mandatory
• Relevant Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and Management) – mandatory
• Experience in team management – advantage
