SharePoint Implementer (2711)

We're looking for a Corporate Portal Manager & SharePoint Implementer to take ownership of our enterprise portal and drive internal engagement through seamless content management and workflow automation.

What You'll Do

• Portal Management & Content Creation – Own the homepage, create and manage internal portals, update content, and optimize user experience.
• User Support & Administration – Handle user management, permissions, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Workflow & Form Automation – Design approval processes and organizational workflows using SharePoint Designer and InfoPath 2010.
• Quality Assurance & Implementation – Conduct manual QA, oversee user testing, and support production deployments.
• Internal Communications Support – Assist with content and teaser design as needed.

What You Bring

• Expertise in SharePoint (2013 & 2019) – Hands-on experience with on-prem environments.
• Workflow Development – Strong background in building complex workflows and approval processes with SharePoint Designer.
• InfoPath Mastery – Proven experience in creating and managing forms.
• Front-End Knowledge – Familiarity with HTML & CSS for portal customization.
• Process Implementation – Ability to apply and optimize business processes within SharePoint.
