Game Designer

Pixel Pie is an up-and-coming mobile game studio based in Tel Aviv, founded by industry veterans and backed by leading gaming companies and investors. We’re developing Bubble Busters, a new game that builds on a massively popular casual mechanic with a multiplayer twist.

We are looking for a talented and driven Junior/Mid-Level Game Designer (preferably with 1-2 years of experience) to join our Game Design team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contribute to the design process, implementation, and configuration of the game’s economy and balance.

• Strong understanding of game mechanics and player engagement.
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the entire team, contributing to prototyping, planning, and implementing game levels and features.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

In short, we’re looking for a team-oriented, enthusiastic game designer who is hands-on, proactive, and fun to work with.
