Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representativer to join our team and help drive revenue by converting leads into members. This full-time role is based in Rishon LeZion/Tel Aviv, and offers an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the eCommerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify and manage incoming leads

• Identify and approach potential leads via cold calling and direct outreach, turning

prospects into customers

• Understand customer needs and ensure our solutions align with expectations

(functionality, service, timeline, budget, and quality)

• Deliver compelling value propositions and address lead concerns effectively

• Analyze and optimize sales targets to drive revenue growth

• Identify customer challenges and forecast future expansion opportunities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Charismatic, dynamic, and proactive with strong organizational skills

• A people person with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Self-starter and autodidact with the ability to work independently

• Passionate about sales and building customer relationships

• Native-level Hebrew (speaking and writing) – a must

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a relevant field)– an advantage

• Experience in B2B sales – an advantage

• Familiarity with HubSpot – an advantage

• Experience in eCommerce or logistics – an advantage
