Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and interpret search arbitrage and mobile user acquisition data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and execute ad operations strategies, leveraging automation and technological integrations.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine targeting, bidding, and optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve them.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies.
• Provide data-backed recommendations for scaling and improving efficiency.
• Maintain a strategic overview of account performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Communicate insights and progress to clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns in the Ad Tech ecosystem – a must.
• Strong analytical abilities, capable of data interpretations and analysis - A must.
• Experience with in search arbitrage - advantage.
• Motivated and eager to develop professionally with a strong drive for success.
• Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-focused with an emphasis on accuracy and precision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
