What You'll Do:

• Lead Production Processes: Define and optimize work processes and infrastructure to ensure seamless manufacturing.
• Manage Development-to-Production Transition: Collaborate with design engineers to ensure smooth handoff from prototype to full-scale production.
• Coordinate Changes & Approvals: Oversee ECP/ECO processes as a member of the Change Control Board (CCB) and approve technical drawings, PLs, and ECOs on behalf of the production team.
• Problem-Solve in Real-Time: Support and resolve issues on the production line, identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
• Document & Standardize: Write, edit, and approve detailed production files, ensuring all documentation meets quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

US citizenship is required.

• Expertise in Production & Manufacturing: Solid understanding of production processes and best practices.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to coordinate complex projects and manage timelines effectively.
• Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MRP, ERP, and PLM systems.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Global Mindset: Willingness and ability to travel regularly between the US and Israel.
