We’re looking for a Product Game Designer who blends game design expertise with product thinking. This role is perfect for someone who understands both player psychology and business KPIs and can design features that enhance engagement, monetization, and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design and execution of new game features & mechanics based on player needs and business objectives.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and create game mechanics that drive core KPIs such as engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Develop mock-ups, wireframes, and feature documentation to communicate design vision clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Art, UX, LiveOps, Data) to ensure smooth development and feature launches.
• Iterate and improve existing game mechanics, leveraging insights from A/B tests and live game performance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of product features, from ideation to release, measuring impact, and optimizing post-launch.
• Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all teams.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, in gaming or interactive entertainment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Creative problem solver who can balance innovation with business objectives.
• Deep understanding of game mechanics and user experience in F2P casual games.
• Product-oriented approach—ability to translate business needs into engaging game experiences.
• Background in product management or technical game development.
• Experience in a mobile gaming company, preferably in casual/social games.
