Full Stack Engineer

Summary of the Role

RabbitsIT, a fast-growing startup, is seeking a highly motivated Fullstack Developer to support and enhance the Xtram platform—an advanced accounting system solution. Success in this position involves delivering robust and scalable solutions, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform. As part of a forward-thinking organization, this role is crucial in driving innovation, optimizing user experience, and ensuring Xtram remains at the cutting edge of accounting software.

1. Develop and Maintain Platform Features

• Build, test, and optimize new features on the Xtram platform using ASP.NET Core, React, and React Native.

2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into high-quality solutions.

3. Ensure Code Quality

• Write clean, maintainable code while following best practices and leveraging version control (Git) for efficient project collaboration.

4. Enhance System Performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience.

5. Optional Cloud Integration

• (If applicable) Contribute to cloud-based deployments and services, enhancing scalability and reliability.

1. Experience

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in software development.
• Proven ability to work with ASP.NET Core, React, and React Native.

2. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Git operations.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (optional).

3. Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

4. Education/Certifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
