You can Expect:
- TOP USER for Strauss Coffee's performance excellence system
- Work with managers across the organization to develop KPIs, metrics and dashboards to ensure efficient strategy execution and focus
- Lead the HQ department's quarterly performance review routines
- Business and operational problem-solving and root cause analysis initiatives in HQ and BUs.
- Lead productivity reports from the BU and to SG HQ
- Innovate HQ procedures, digitalization and central managerial platforms for better efficiency and partnership
Experience Required:
- University graduate – business/ finance/ industrial engineer
- 2-5 years of experience in the field of business and/ or industrial engineering consulting firm
- Strong experience in analytics, KPI and operational measurement initiatives to drive improvement
- Business Acumen: Demonstrates understanding of commercial, operational, financial and people aspects of the business
- Extremely Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills together with technological abilities
- Fluent in English
