Industrial Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and launch breakthrough products – Market analysis, identifying opportunities, defining customer needs, and pricing strategies to maximize business value.
• Lead cross-organizational projects – From concept to successful execution, collaborating with various teams across the organization.
• Make data-driven decisions – Collect, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights to drive continuous growth and improvement.
• Optimize and measure – Build KPIs, analyze performance, and improve processes for better customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Global and local impact – Collaborate with both international and local teams to lead market innovation.
• Problem-solving and creativity – Find smart solutions to operational and commercial challenges, leading the company forward.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering – Required.
• At least 3 years of project management experience – Required.
• Experience in Organization and Methods (O&M) – Required.
• High proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
• Fluent in English – Required.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven business decisions.
• Strategic thinker with creativity and the ability to initiate and lead innovative projects.

Position Details:

• Full-time position (Sunday to Thursday).
• Location: Bnei Brak, near Ayalon Mall (Hybrid model).
