Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Director at Sightec. The Software Director will be responsible for leading software development projects and teams, overseeing product and project management, and providing team leadership. The role is based in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Software Development skills in C++
• 5 years of Team Management and Leadership skills
• Project Management experience
• Product Management expertise
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in the aviation or autonomous systems industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
