Application Analyst – Training & Support

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Application Analyst – Training & Support, located in Rehovot with some work-from-home flexibility. The Application Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to users, conducting systems analysis, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training sessions on the PhenomeOne platform and associated applications. They will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Phenome Networks' software solutions for clients.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Agriculture, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Willingness to learn technical skills such as SQL, WordPress, and API handling.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with MySQL, WordPress, or SaaS platforms.
• Basic understanding of coding languages like Perl or Flutter.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical documentation.
• Additional language skills, especially Spanish – Advantage.
